Terms of sale

All prices are up to date and are subject to change in the future. Individual and current total price of your order is summed up at checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT. If your order is affected by any additional shipping cost, you will always be contacted for acceptance of the cost before the delivery begins.

Shopping from The General Prepper is smooth and safe. Payment is made via Klarna Checkout and we offer the following payment methods:

Klarna Checkout

Invoice
If you choose to pay by invoice, you will receive an invoice with 14 days of credit issued in connection with the delivery of your goods. Invoices are paid to our partner Klarna AB. In case of late payment, reminder fees and interest on late payment are charged.

Card Payment (VISA/Mastercard)

There is no additional charge for card payments. When the purchase is made, the amount is reserved on your card and the money is deducted from your card first in connection with the delivery of your goods from our warehouse.

Payment Installment at Klarna (Klarna account)

Through Klarna we also offer the possibility of partial payment. You choose how much you want to pay each month. There is no set-up fee in case of partial payment, but there is a notice fee and interest according to Klarna’s current terms and conditions.

Bank Transfer

Through Klarna Checkout you can also pay with direct payment from your bank account. The money will then be deducted from your account in connection with the purchase and will be paid in connection with the delivery of your goods from our warehouse.
