Shipping & Delivery
Sweden: Regular shipping cost is 99 SEK, but for orders with an order value in excess of 990 SEK we offer free shipping with either PostNord or DHL Service Point. The delivery time is normally 1-3 working days from the time you placed your order, provided that the goods/goods are in stock.

Delivery to delivery point – PostNord/DHL (99kr). Delivery time for stocked goods is normally 1-3 working days. Delivery time for products at our suppliers is usually 3-7 business days. Custom items may take longer. We do everything we can to ensure fast deliveries but may be forced to deviate from our delivery times due to external circumstances. The shipment arrives at your nearest Postnord or DHL agent and the package must be picked up within 10 days to prevent it from returning.
Home Delivery
Home delivery with PostNord MyPack Home (fr. 179 kr). The local courier will contact you and you can book a date and time that suits you.
PostNord business parcel (fr. 169 kr)
The consignment is delivered with PostNord on a weekday, before the end of the working day, no later than 18.00.
Finland: Flat fee of 99 SEK. The delivery time is normally 2-3 working days from the time you placed your order, provided that the goods/goods are in stock.

Goods are sold without VAT and the buyer is responsible for paying VAT and import duties in the home country. The following delivery methods are offered:

We do everything we can to ensure fast deliveries but may be forced to deviate from our delivery times due to external circumstances. The shipment arrives at your nearest agent and the package must be collected within 10 days to prevent it from being returned.
Please note that goods are sold without VAT and buyer is responsible for paying VAT and import duties in the home country
Germany: Home delivery (fr. 149 SEK). The delivery time is normally 3-4 working days from the time you placed your order, provided that the goods/goods are in stock.

The shipment arrives at your nearest agent and the package must be picked up within 7 days to prevent it from returning.
Unclaimed packages
For goods that you as a customer do not collect, we charge a cost corresponding to shipping, return shipping, and handling.
Transport responsibility
We are not responsible for any damage caused during delivery. In case of damaged delivery, it is important that you immediately take a picture of the damaged goods when you receive the package and complain directly to the post office.
If you have not received your package within a reasonable time, please contact our customer service and we will help you further.

Conditions for delivery are also stated at checkout under each mode of delivery. If an item has different delivery times, it says “order item” or a calculated date specified on each item. If delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by email. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be times that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or freight forwarder is unable to fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to waive all compensation to the customer caused by delivery delays.
