1. This page (and the pages referred to herein) sets out the Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) under which you may use the websites www.generalprepper.se and www.generalprepper.com (the “Websites”), either as a visitor or as a registered user. Please read these terms carefully before you start using the Websites. By using the Websites, you indicate that you accept these Terms of Service and that you will comply with them. Your use of any part of the Websites shows that you agree to these Terms of Service which will apply when you first use the Websites. If you do not accept the Terms of Service, you should stop using the Websites immediately.

2. The website is operated by Jototoli AB (“we”), a company registered in Sweden, Stockholm with corporate registration number 559108-2572, Box 231, 178 23 Ekerö.

3. We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service at any time by posting changes online, without first notifying you. You are responsible for regularly checking information online to find out about changes in time. If you continue to use the Websites after posting changes, you accept the amended Terms of Service.

g) contradictany particular rule or requirement stated on the Website regarding a particular part of the Websites or Websites in general; Or

h) includes your use, spread or transmission of viruses, unwanted emails, Trojans, trap doors, back doors, Easter eggs, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or drivers that are intended to damage, interfere with, prevent or take over systems, data or personal data.

Registration for use of the service

13. Our responsibility

17. As far as law allows in all cases other than in the case of services we offer to an individual customer (which shall be governed by their own contractual terms), to the extent permitted by law:

a) our total liability to you and third parties shall under no circumstances exceed a value of: i) SEK 100; or (ii) 110% of a total you paid to us during the 12 months prior to the cause of the action; And

b) we shall not be liable (whether in agreement, violation, negligence, restitution or any legal aspect of liability) in relation to your use or inability to use or delay the use of the Website or any material on it or available from it or from any action or decision resulting from using the Website or such materials for any : (a) indirect or consequential losses, damages, costs or expenses; (b) loss of actual or expected profit; (c) loss of contract; (d) loss of money use; (e) loss of expected savings; (f) loss of turnover; (g) loss of goodwill; h) lost reputation; (i) lost business; j) time loss; (k) possible loss; or (l) loss of, damage to or corruption of data; whether such losses were reasonably foreseeable or whether we have been informed that you may suffer such losses. For the avoidance of doubt, (b) and (l) apply regardless of whether such loss is direct, indirect or otherwise.

18. If you enter into an agreement with us by placing on the Website a product order, which we accept in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, the relevant terms of these Terms and Conditions relating to our liability and its limitation in relation to such agreement shall replace the terms of limitation of liability in clause 17.a above.

Brand

19. The General Prepper’s names and logos and all related names, design marks and slogans are our trademarks or service marks.

Intellectual Property

20. You may print a copy or download extracts from any part of the Website for personal use.

21. You may not in any way modify prints or digital copies of the material on the Website and you may not use illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or other graphics separated from the associated text.

22. You may not use any material on the Website for marketing purposes without the permission of us or our licensors.

23.Om you print, copy or download any part of the Websites in violation of the Terms of Service, your right to use the Websites will cease immediately and you must, at your option, return or destroy any copies of the material you have made.

Information about you and your visits to the websites

24. We handle information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you agree to this and warrant that all information about you is correct.

Transfers through the Websites

25. Contracts for the provision of products, sealed through the Websites or as a result of your visits, are governed by our Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and your use of the Websites (and any non-contractual relationships that may arise from or in connection with them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish material law. You accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish judiciary to settle disputes arising out of these Terms of Use.

When you place your order with us, you need to provide certain personal information. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement against you, this is done in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Orders: ip address, E-mail, Person/orgnr, Vat number, Address, Company, First name, Last name, Address, Zip code, City, Phone number.

Force Majeure
We consider ourselves exempt from fulfilling our obligations under these conditions if it is due to changes in legislation, government action, labour market conflict, fire, flood, war, terrorism, sabotage, pandemics, accidents of a larger scale or similar events.
Fraud
Attempts to fraud with, for example, false or stolen card details are reported to the police. We log IP addresses in connection with payment in order to use these in case of a police report.
